                 FABA-LOUS FOOD IN THE CABIN



Asturias is famous for its rustic cuisine and is home to some of the finest restaurants in Spain.
Here, in our Cabin, there is a tradition every year with our Fabada.

It's a sure sign of a strong sense of regional identity. The Fabada, a rich stew made with the local faba beans, is the main dish for asturian people.

From here to there, from Pepe's Cabin to your house, we do want to share our heritage.
At this point we make this delicia of asturian life, in the old cooker, with pieces of trunks and local coal, cooking it several hours in the morning.

Flavours are in the air. Table is ready. Today, we can eat outside, next to our lovely ash tree.

Asturias Heritage is the asturian way of life, enjoyed by everyone from royalty downwards.
